Executive Team
Mark McCloskey - Founder and CEO
Mark McCloskey founded Oneview in 2005, having held a number of Senior Executive and Director positions in new technology businesses previously.
Providing visionary and creative leadership to Oneview, he has over 20 years experience in senior roles within the Communications and Technology sector within Ireland. Working for Esat Telecom as General Manager of the Data and Carrier Service Divisions until its sale to BT in January 2000, he co-founded Easycash, the first independent ATM operator in 2001 and was responsible for expanding the Company’s ATM network across Ireland. Mark continued to develop Easycash until its successful sale to Royal Bank of Scotland in 2004 when he accepted the position of Head of ATMs. After subsequently holding other Senior Executive positions with the Bank, he has led Oneview to success on an international scale.
Michael Cryan - VP Operations
Michael has 30 years experience within the Financial Services Industry. Over the years, Michael held many senior positions across various functions including sales, marketing and retail strategy. In his last 7 years, at Royal Bank of Scotland, Michael was responsible for developing and managing the Insurance divisions. This involved building a network of insurance underwriters and distributors, across direct and indirect channels.
Michael joined Oneview Ltd in early 2009, to develop the Marketing and Partnership strategy. Michael has qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Project Management and Marketing, and is a member of a number of professional bodies, including the Institute of Bankers, Irish Project Management Institute, and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Neill Ryan - VP sales – Europe, Middle & Far East, and Asia
Neill previously worked in the Irish hospital market as a software solution provider. Neill has extensive knowledge of the telecommunications market, and has built integrated and customised solutions on Microsoft platforms for many years. Neill also set up a mobile company, PSI Mobile, providing software solutions to mobile staff.
David Barrett - VP Projects/Technical Director
David is a BA graduate from Trinty College Dublin with a Diploma in Business Studies and Information Technology from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. He initially worked with Microsoft and Corel prior to setting up his own web Design Company for five years, joining Oneview in 2007.
David’s position as Technical Director has resulted in the successful creation and delivery of the Oneview Infotainment system. His role includes managing IPTV, GUI development, Video & Audio on Demand and heading up the Installation, Support and Technology Research Operations in Ireland, ensuring Oneview remains consistently ahead of its competitors.
Declan Brennan – VP Technical Architect
Declan is a graduate of UCD school of Engineering and has spent his entire professional career in the software development arena. He is passionate about providing creative solutions to design problems and delivering software to clients that addresses complex requirements in a simple way. He has a strong history of architecting large successful projects, including Ringmaster (a telephone costing and management system sold to over 50 countries) and Adept (an internal development tool for Capita Plc used to port a large range of legacy database software to a modern Windows GUI).
Philip Urrea - Chief IT Developer
Phillip Urrea has 10 years commercial experience building and designing computer systems. He has worked as a senior developer and systems architect for large organisations such as Fujitsu Services, Fidelity Investments and ESB International. He has been personally responsible for the delivery of large scale applications with tens of thousands of users. Phillip has been involved in the full lifecycle of these applications from architecture through to maintenance and support. In addition to development he has been responsible for managing teams of developers, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and customer presentations. Phillip holds a first class honors B.Sc. in Management Information Systems.
